1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Reddiflow, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Reddiflow is a web-based Reddit post scheduling tool that allows you to:
• Schedule Reddit posts to be published at specific times
• Connect multiple Reddit accounts via OAuth
• Validate subreddit flairs and rules before posting
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• You must have a valid Reddit account
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You must not be banned or suspended from Reddit
4. Your Account
• Security: You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Reddit OAuth: We access your Reddit account only via OAuth - we never see your Reddit password
• Unauthorized use: Notify us immediately at support@reddiflow.io if you suspect unauthorized access
• One account per user: Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
5. Pricing & Billing
• Plans: Free (5 posts/month), Solo ($9/month, 30 posts), Pro ($29/month, 100 posts)
• Free trial: New users get a 7-day free trial of paid features (no credit card required)
• Payment processor: Payments are handled by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing, you also agree to their terms
• Billing cycle: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month
• Taxes: Prices may exclude taxes. LemonSqueezy collects and remits taxes where required
• Price changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate until renewal
6. Cancellation & Refunds
• Cancel anytime: You can cancel your subscription from your account settings
• Access after cancellation: You retain access until the end of your billing period
• Refund policy: We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if you haven't used the service extensively
• Refund requests: Email support@reddiflow.io with your reason
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use Reddiflow to:
• Spam subreddits or violate Reddit's rules
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Manipulate votes or engage in vote manipulation schemes
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Circumvent subreddit bans or restrictions
• Use the service for commercial spam or unsolicited advertising
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Service Limitations
• Reddit API limits: We're subject to Reddit's API rate limits and may delay posts if limits are reached
• No guarantee: We cannot guarantee posts will be published if Reddit's API is down or your account is suspended
• Subreddit rules: You're responsible for ensuring your posts comply with subreddit rules
• Flair validation: While we validate flairs, subreddit rules may change - always double-check
9. Intellectual Property
• Your content: You retain all rights to your post content
• Our platform: Reddiflow's code, design, and branding are our property
• License to us: You grant us a license to store and publish your content as needed to provide the service
• Reddit's rights: Once posted to Reddit, content is governed by Reddit's terms
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
• Violate these Terms or Reddit's policies
• Engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Request account deletion
Upon termination, scheduled posts will be deleted and you'll lose access to the service.
11. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:
• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Guarantees of uptime, reliability, or error-free operation
• Guarantees that posts will be published successfully
• Protection against Reddit account bans (though we help minimize risk)
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Reddiflow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
